Composting in the Garden Begins!
Thanks to the Parents' Association, our composting program in the garden can begin! Our goal is to reuse all our dead plant material in order to maintain the rich qualities of our ferrules soil without the use of petroleum-based fertilizers.

Garden Projects
Jordan will plant sunflowers behind the main garden area to beautify our space. Here he clears the land of weeds and asphalt debris.
Nick will also plant sunflowers in front of the plain shed.
Zach and Leo mince tomato plants to make compost.

Clearing & Replanting
The life cycle of the plants is coming to an end. Students and teachers help harvest the last of the beans and prepare the soil for our second planting. The students of LAS 2 and the Garden Club are featured in this short video.
